At the current time we can only permit one account per customer.

We do not permit joint accounts or multiple account holders at the current time. Each customer must create their own individual account.

The name on your account must be your full legal name that appears on your government issued ID. If you have made a mistake when registering (for example you may have misspelled your name), please contact customer service who will be able to help.

If you wish to cancel a transaction you have made, please contact our support team as soon as possible. After a transaction is paid out we may not be able to refund it, so it is important you contact us as soon as possible to minimise this possibility.

If you wish to change the e-mail address on your account, please contact customer service who will be able to help.

Once the transaction has been cancelled, a refund usually takes up to 7 working days to be credited back to you, depending on your payment method. This can, however, vary dependent upon the payment option and provider you have chosen.

“Remittance” is another word for a money transfer. These are usually sent between family and friends in different countries for personal use. Reasons can include paying household bills, healthcare, education, and general living costs. Sometimes people send money to themselves if they have a mobile phone or bank account overseas.
